因扰乱体育比赛、文艺演出活动秩序被处以拘留处罚的，可以同时责令其六个月至一年以内不得进入体育场馆、演出场馆观看同类比赛、演出；违反规定进入体育场馆、演出场馆的，强行带离现场，可以处五日以下拘留或者一千元以下罚款。
